This was a challenging project to say the least. Design development of this Restaurant & Brewery started mid 2019. The project was fully permitted in November of that same year. Then 2020 happened. A challenging year for all to say the least. Our drive and focus on quality and safe working practices aided in what turned out to be one of the most anticipated openings of 2020. From award winning craft brew and tacos from the whole team at Puesto, to an amazing interior design by BASILE Studio. This space is surely one you cant miss.

Puesto, La Jolla

This location is the start of it all for the Puesto family. The remodel performed was to unify what was 3 seperate spaces the restaurant took over in phases, creating a bit of a chopped up space. With dividing walls down along with bar layout and operations tweaked, the restaurant now has a much more open flowing feel. This has proven to be one of the most frequented restaurants in La Jolla by locals and travelers alike.
