After an introduction to the building trades at an early age and developing a passion for industry, Nick has spent the last 15 years focussed on the construction and development of restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues throughout Southern California. He has overseen projects ranging from $1-10M and from 2,500 to 25,000 square feet. He’s work from both the contractors side and ownership side of the project and understands the obstacles and hurdles that each party faces. He is well versed in everything from specifics and requirements in lease negotiations, to the fine details on the construction site that make the project stand out. Nick’s willingness to take on any challenge, and his team first attitude bring a proven track record of success to any project.
